Merdeka day's celebration makes us one

First of all, I want to tell you about the biggest celebration at our school this year which is the 'Merdeka Day'! ( Independence day).

A lot of things happened during this year's Merdeka Day Celebration, one of it which I think the most exciting event were...

  1. when we have to decorate our classroom based on the theme 'Jalur Gemilang' which is the Malaysia's flag.

We were not really that excited at first though, with all the exams going on. So when other students were busy hanging flags and painting their classrooms we just stared and sighed.

But after hearing others murmuring about how dead our classroom looked and how our classroom looked more like a hospital than a classroom, we started our plan. Our main motivation was to make both our clasroom's teachers proud. Actually we regret not giving our 100% during last year's competition... 😑..

So! Yeah, we started going home at 6 pm to make our classroom looked more 'Merdeka' and as a result... our classroom looked amazing.

And for the second most exciting event was...

2. The 'Merdeka parade!'

For this event our beloved classroom's teacher suggested that we wear doctor's clothes for the parade.

To add more 'Merdeka' feel, our generous classmate, Taza, decided to make vests for all of us. Thank you, Taza 😀.

So here are some of our moments...

After all the hard work, we got second place for the decorating classroom competition and for the 'Merdeka' parade. 😁

p.s most of the prize for the 'Merdeka' quiz were won by our classmates.

Thank you. Let's work together again like we always do. Hehehe.

Thank you for visiting, please comment to correct my spelling because I'm terrible at spelling words. And let me know what do you think of this post or our vest? classroom?.
